Huddersfield Town has renewed its partnership with locally based Ask Insight following a successful first year.
During the first year of the partnership Ask Insight produced a comprehensive online Fan Engagement survey designed to explore many facets of fan experience.
Furthermore, the market research agency conducted a series of interviews with a quota sample of Town’s business partners; the findings were used to shape the Club’s 2013/14 business partner package.
This season Ask will work with Town to undertake two surveys to provide insight into the business side of the Club. Research will be performed with former club partners to explore reasons for non-renewals and research will also be conducted to explore reasons as to why local businesses haven’t taken up the opportunity to work with the Club.
