Orchard Facilities Management, one of Huddersfield’s fastest growing businesses, has renewed its commitment to Huddersfield Town for another year as the two organisations prepare to strengthen their ties.
Over the coming year Orchard will work closely with the Club as its facilities management partner to improve efficiency at each of its sites. The process will begin with a full audit of services including waste management, IT, cleaning and compliance.
Gareth Henderson, Managing Director of Orchard Facilities Management said: “The audit would also review health and safety compliance and best practice across the board.”
Orchard Facilities Management is a long term corporate partner of the Club and an active member of the HTAFC community.
The company has been serving small and medium sized businesses in Calderdale and Kirklees for more than a decade and recently moved to new flagship headquarters at Independence House on Halifax Road in Huddersfield.
Huddersfield Town’s Commercial Director Sean Jarvis said:
“Orchard Facilities Management has invested in its relationship with the Club over the years and we are delighted to have the company’s continued support, particularly at such an exciting time as it prepares for national growth.”
Orchard Facilities Management takes care of all the hidden jobs in a business that are necessary to keep its buildings and people working well. As well as looking after operational tasks such as waste management, IT managed services, data backup, building services, cleaning, maintenance and pest control, Orchard relieves its clients of the growing burden of compliance.
Managing Director Gareth Henderson said:
“Compliance has become a real headache for business owners which is why we plan and manage testing and maintenance schedules on their behalf and keep all their certification up to date. That way they can be certain they’ll never lose budget for not being compliant.”
Orchard also operates a 24/7 facilities management helpdesk to handle enquiries across all disciplines to keep clients’ businesses running smoothly day and night.
Mr Henderson said Orchard would be looking to implement a helpdesk function for HTAFC over the coming months.
“We invest heavily in training, developing our own experts to deliver everything from IT support to PAT testing and we offer a completely tailored service that matches the needs of every business, from small and medium sized enterprises to large multi-site organisations,” said Gareth.
“Relationships are our strength and our longstanding partnership with Huddersfield Town is an example of how we work with businesses, getting to know them well and forging strong and lasting links.”
