Huddersfield Town is delighted to announce its partnership with German company Onside Sports for the remainder of the 2017/18 season.
Onside Sports began working with Huddersfield Town at the start of the season and worked alongside the Club arranging the pre-season tour to Austria.
Alongside this the new sports consultancy agency helped organise the Terriers’ international break friendly away at German fourth tier side Altona 93.
Onside Sports has organised over 20 training camps and over 60 friendlies for teams competing in the Bundesliga, the Premier League, La Liga and Serie A after the business was launched in April 2017.
The focus of the company is on the organisation and implementation of friendly matches, training camps and internationalisation.
Huddersfield Town’s Head of Football Operations David Moss said:
“It has been great working with Onside Sports so far this season and we are delighted to announce our partnership with them.
“Onside helped us arrange the training camp in Austria and our friendly against Altona 93, both of which ran very smoothly.
“I can’t wait to see how this partnership materialises over the rest of the season.”
Onside Sports’ Managing Director Henning Rießelmann commented:
“We are truly proud to sign Huddersfield Town as the first EPL club in the Onside portfolio and are sure that both, the Club and Onside, will benefit from this partnership.
“By lifting the holistic pre-season to the next level and creating integrated events during this time, we hope to contribute to the current sporting success story of Huddersfield Town while raising brand awareness in markets outside UK.”
