Magic Rock Brewing Co. has become the most recent Commercial Club partner as we get ever close to the Huddersfield Hundred, the top 100 local & national organisations associated with Huddersfield Town.
Magic Rock Brewing Co. is the result of three people’s passion for beer: brothers Richard and Jonny Burhouse, aided by head brewer Stuart Ross were inspired to start the brewery in 2011 by their love of great beer and the burgeoning U.S craft beer scene in particular.
In 2015 the brewery moved to a new site in Birkby, Huddersfield and increased capacity to over 2 million pints a year. The site now employs more than 30 people across the brewery and popular on site taproom ‘MagicRockTap’ and exports its beers to more than 20 countries worldwide”.

“We’re delighted to be entering into this partnership with HTAFC, I was born and bred in Huddersfield and as a lifelong supporter it feels great to have the opportunity to create a beer for the fans of the Club.
“Beer, like football, is all about locality and as the closest local brewery to the Club this was a great fit for us.
“We’ll be making a low ABV easy drinking ‘session’ cask pale ale, perfect for drinking on match days which will be available permanently at PPG Canalside and MagicRockTap. The beer will be also be available for wholesale customers in the local area.”
Sean Jarvis, Commercial Director at Huddersfield Town said:
“Magic Rock Brewing Co. will become the official beer partner of Huddersfield Town and will see the specially produced beer as part of the range of options at PPG Canalside; the beer still needs a name so watch out for the process of how we determine it!
