The Huddersfield Town Enterprise Academy, held in association with Kirklees College, will meet for the first time in the 2017/18 season on Thursday 2 November to discuss how businesses can emulate Huddersfield Town’s success.

The event themed ‘Step Up and Step Out in Business’ will see guest speakers Deborah Ogden and Town Head Coach David Wagner address the audience.

The HTEA event will take place at Kirklees College’s Landings 72 Restaurant (Waterfront Quarter, Manchester Road, Huddersfield, HD1 3LD) and will start at 8am with a breakfast and networking, running until around 10.15am.

The ‘Step Up and Step Out in Business’ theme has been inspired by Huddersfield Town’s promotion to the Premier League and how senior business people can emulate Town’s success and step up their own business performances.

Guest speakers Deborah Ogden (Professional Impact Specialist) and David Wagner (Huddersfield Town Head Coach) will give their experiences on the power of a strong identity, building reputation and the impact of each individual’s performance on success of a team/business.

The presentation will also include the psychology behind first impressions, body language, visual impact and communication skills using examples from Deborah’s working experience in professional sport and companies up and down the UK
