Digital Media Systems is the latest company to win Huddersfield Town’s Shooting Stars Award in association with Lucas Lee & Partners.
Digital Media Systems, based in Calderdale, West Yorkshire, was founded in 2005 with a view to providing affordable and fit for purpose Digital Signage and Audio Visual solutions for all businesses regardless of size.
Digital Media Systems provides solutions to all industry sectors including air and ferry ports, theatres, power stations, football clubs; local and central Government and famous UK heritage sites. Clients include York Theatre Royal, the Festival Theatre at Edinburgh, numerous Welsh Castles, numerous power stations including Pembroke Power Station, the Wales Millennium Centre, Fountains Abbey, Western Ferries, Serco Northlink ferries and US/UK military bases.
This local technology business recently moved from Brighouse to new, larger premises at a former local pub The Pressers Arms at South Lane, Elland. A seven-week fit-out has seen the property transformed with the former pool room turned into a showroom and the ground floor bar partitioned off to provide offices. To mark the official opening of Pressers House, the company presented a £1,020 cheque to the Mayor and Mayoress of Calderdale, Clr Howard Blagborough and Catherine Kirk for the Mayor’s Appeal which raised funds for the charities Together for Looked-after Children, The Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice at Bradley and The Brighouse Rest Centre.
Digital Media Systems, has seen strong demand for its products and services, which include digital menu boards, signs, posters & easels, digital flip charts, collaboration screens and purpose built outdoor totems. The business is taking hi-tech solutions into the retail and hospitality sectors giving customers an enhanced experience of the product and services they are looking at purchasing. The technology and the method of application is amazing and will surely become the norm in the next few years.
