Huddersfield Town was delighted to welcome over 150 businesses to its first ever Commercial Launch ahead of the 2015/16 season.
The event, designed to help businesses learn about the Club off the pitch, was organised by the team led by Commercial Director Sean Jarvis.
The day consisted of presentations from the Events, Partnerships, Hospitality and Advertising departments, as well as a presentation from Club Partner Worthington Brown on the new App which will be released in the coming season.
At the end of presentations, the audience was fortunate to listen to Manager Chris Powell on his thoughts for the season, with questions posed by Town’s Commercial Manager of Partnerships, and host of the Ever Group Enterprise Suite, John Williams.
Afterwards delegates were treated to a lunch, which was the opportunity for people to network, interact and find out a little bit more about the different options that the Club has.
As a result of the event, businesses have already booked meetings with the team to discuss their objectives.

“As well as existing partners of the Cub, it was encouraging to see so many new faces taking a keen interest in Huddersfield Town and the various options that we as a club can offer to those businesses.
“The event allowed us to bring a number of our partners and guests up to speed not only on the offerings that the Club currently has, but also the new and exciting products that we can offer going forwards including HTTV, the new App and our Events portfolio, including new ideas such as ‘Town at the Polo’.
“The new season brings its own excitement and I personally cannot wait for it to start.”
